Delete your account

You can delete your Mooncana account and its associated data at any time, in either of two ways.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

• Open Mooncana and go to the Me tab.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.
• Your account and associated data are deleted right away.

Option 2 — Request by email

• Email postmaster@tokenrill.com from the email address linked to your Mooncana account.
• Use the subject line Delete my account.
• We verify the request and permanently delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account identifier and login email address
• Your display name
• Your saved reading history and in-app preferences
• Your notification settings

What may be retained

Records of completed purchases / subscription transactions may be kept only as long as required by law and by Apple / Google billing rules (typically up to 7 years for tax and accounting). These records are not used to identify you for any other purpose.
